Warnings: Haji has quiet a few things in his backstory worth mentioning is triggering to others, aside from being a vampire.

Vampire Eatting Disorder//Blood Starvation: he is a vampire with a bit of an eating disorder. He doesn't drink the blood of humans like he is supposed to because his master/mistress saw him lose control once and it frightened her so much he swore to never take human life again. If he goes to long without blood his abilities slow to a stop and eventually he could die. He never lets it get quiet that bad.



Body Horrror: Ever heard that Nick Cave song, Red Right Hand? You know the one it's the opening to Peaky Blinders Well, Haji's right hand is RED and Its monsterous It never shifts back to human because of Trauma caused in the Vietnam war. He keeps it wrapped up at all times and generally somehow makes it look normal just bandaged but when the bandages come off it's very much a monsters hand. So yeah, Nick Cave song.

He also has large bat wings... but those rarely come out.

Backstory Squick: Haji was a young street performer up until age 12 when he was bought from his parents... for a loaf of bread Seriously. Amshel Goldsmith actually brags about it being such a bargain to try and get a raise out of Haji in the future. But he was bought and brought to an isolated mansion to be a servant and companion to the daughter of the owner, Joel. If Haji knew or not is unknown, but he was bought to eventually mate with girl in question, Saya. Saya, Haji and Diva were all science projects of two fucked up men.

After becoming a chevalier he is ALWAYS getting seriously messed up in canon from being impaled with a large peice of lumber in Russia, to being stabbed to the stern of a ship when Diva's chevaliers attacked.

Feeding: Haji doesn't actually NEED as much blood as most vampire's do. As much as any human donates on a round at a donation center is enough according to the manga. The only real danger is when he is starving he can lose control and cause accidental death. Their bite is not shown to hurt those bitten at all. So, if your cool with feeding the vampire just let me know.
